Quick Recovery Novell (NSS) is a non-destructive, simple and easy to use data recovery software, supports IDE, EIDE, SCSI , SATA drives, long file name, volumes of all versions of Novell NetWare, having multi-disk and multi-lingual support, simulates previously existing partitions and is read-only i.e. the program will never attempt to write to the drive to recover. Its unique Guided File Excavation Technology (GFETCh) helps in locating files and folders lost behind overwritten partitions and even if bad sectors hinder drive access. An exhaustive scan of the drive is performed to locate lost volumes. It recovers data from Novell Netware volumes where “VREPAIR” failed to repair the volumes, internal data structures like "HotFix Table/ Volume Definition Table are missing or corrupted", un-mounted volume, damaged File allocations, sub-allocated netware volumes, compressed Novell files, damaged/ deleted/ corrupted volumes, virus attack, disk crash and accidental formating and creating different file system, missing/corrupted Operating System or software failure, lost partition, missing drives, and even from crashed Novel drives. All found data is presented in a tree structure so that lost files can be copied in a working volume.
