InfoRapid Cardfile System 2.2e

The InfoRapid Cardfile System is an electronic database system with which you can manage text and image documents. You can arrange the documents chapter wise and open them directly over a hierarchical table of contents like in a book. The integrated full text search engine helps you to retrieve all documents fast and simple.
You can also use the program as a digital photo album. So you can enter a description text and the date and time when the photo was taken. The information is stored together with a small preview image in the database. In addition, it is possible to insert hyperlinks directly into the images and to create a hierarchical picture overview.
You can easily create your personal knowledgebase with the function "Auto Insert from Clipboard". All texts and pictures which you copy into the clipboard are automatically inserted into the database as new cards. The first text line is taken as the card name and is shown in the index tree.
The InfoRapid Cardfile System works together perfectly with Microsoft Office, i.e. WinWord, Excel and PowerPoint files can be imported, edited and retrieved by the full text search. This also applies to documents which are created with other word processing or spreadsheet programs, provided that they support OLE.
